The swimming pool is protected by an alarm system, but is not supervised and remains the sole responsibility of the tenant, who must ensure that children are supervised.
Please note that the villa may not be suitable for young children, as the staircase in the living room has no railings and the upstairs barrier is not secure.

Location and environment
Located in Saint-Gilles-les Bains, in the lower part of the Mont Roquefeuil district, the Kaznav is close to all amenities (less than 5 minutes)and from the many bars and restaurants of Saint-Gilles.
The Kaznav is ideal for enjoying the beautiful beaches of the West on a daily basis but also its waterfalls and pools.
The district is also an ideal starting point towards the Wild South or the North for Saint-Denis.
