The house might not be suitable for children from 1 year to 10 years old as the staircase does not have railings. If, however, this does not represent a brake for you, they will be welcome.

You will have access in 5 minutes by car to the shops of the city center.
The villa is located 10 minutes from the beautiful black sand beach of Étang-Salé-les-Bains, and 30 minutes from the western beaches

House intended for peaceful family use. Non-smoking interior space. Out of respect for the neighborhood, festive evenings not authorized. Not accessible to people with reduced mobility.
